Manx Care says complaints from the public rose sharply last year, after falling for three years in a row.
A Freedom of Information request asked how many members of the public had lodged complaints since the organisation was set up in 2021.
In its response, it says 469 received that year, with the figure falling to just 310 in 2023.
But in the last complete year covered by the data, 2024, that had risen by 40 per cent to stand at 435.
