Manx Care says it's still spending exact same amount on highest paid doctors

Manx Care says it spent exactly the same amount on its 20 highest-paid doctors last year as it did in 2023.

A Freedom of Information request asked for figures over each of the last three years.

In its response, Manx Care says last year it paid its top 20 consultants a total of £5,459,263 not including back pay.

And its figures say in 2022 to 2023, it paid each the exact same figure - to the penny - to each doctor.
