Manx Care's paid out more than a million pounds in clinical negligence claims since it was set up four and a half years ago.
Health Minister Claire Christian gave the figure for the 26 claims in response to a Tynwald question for written reply from Douglas North MHK John Wannenburgh.
The payments are broken down by medical speciality, with critical care and anaesthetics seeing the highest number at £690,379.
It's followed by the Acute Medical Unit which saw £196,457 paid out.
