A man’s seen all charges against him dropped after an incident in a Port Erin bar.
Benjamin Francis Lloyd of Brookhill Road in Ramsey was excused appearing before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 33 year old had denied disorderly behaviour on licensed premises in the Riddler Under The Nest on Station Road on May 8 last year.
A further charged of assaulting a woman on the same date was withdrawn by prosecutors at an earlier hearing.
Prosecution advocate Barry Swain told the court the case had been reviewed and he’d offer no evidence after Lloyd had accepted a formal caution.
The charge was marked dismissed by the bench.
