A St John’s man accused of causing death by dangerous driving has been remanded in custody until June.
30-year-old Donovan Kitching appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse via video link this morning.
Kitching has been charged with five offences including driving whilst disqualified and having no insurance.
All charges relate to the death of 63-year-old Gwen Valentine from Winchester who was killed after a crash on the Tholt-y-Will road on April 26th.
The court heard the case is on target for a committal date of June 24th – Kitching will appear via live link again on June 3rd. There was no application for bail.
