A man who admitted indecently assaulting a child has been committed to a higher court for sentence.
60 year old Kevin Shimmin, of King Street in Douglas, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
On March 12, he assaulted a 13-year-old in Douglas, touching her breasts.
The case was committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery for sentence on April 12.
Shimmin was bailed in the sum of £500 and is to have no unsupervised contact with children.
