A drunken man grabbed a paramedic's crotch and made a lewd proposition to another.
Lee Darbyshire, of Greeba Avenue in Glen Vine, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 47-year-old pleaded guilty to provoking behaviour and common assault on November 5.
Darbyshire drunkenly collapsed in a neighbour's driveway, and when an ambulance arrived he grabbed the male paramedic's groin and made a rude remark to a woman.
The court heard he was suffering from stress, anxiety and insomnia at the time, and magistrates adjourned the case until May 2 - Darbyshire was bailed in the sum of £500.
