A Ballasalla man has appeared at Douglas Courthouse after being accused of trying to break into a bakery.
39-year-old Kenneth Hunter, of Douglas Road, has been charged with attempted burglary.
He allegedly tried to enter Ye Olde Bakery on Main Road in Ballasalla in the early hours of October 28th.
No pleas were entered - bail was granted until his next court appearance on December 13th.
