Make a difference this New Year says Bishop

New Year is a good time to think about how you could make a difference to someone else's life.

That's according to the Island's Bishop Robert Paterson who says it is an opportunity to do good:

With government trying to rebalance its budget more cuts to public spending are on the horizon meaning people will feel the pinch.
