A local racer says he's making his dreams come true with the help of a millionaire.
24 year old Jamie Williams from JLG Racing says it has always been his life ambition to race internationally.
He met National Lottery winner Phil Poultney, who lives on the island, 9 months ago and the team has progressed ever since.
