Local authority homes in Braddan could be getting improvements - if commissioners are given permission to borrow money for the work.
Braddan commissioners have asked the Department of Infrastructure to borrow more than £570,000.
It says it wants to replace windows, roofs and doors in Jubilee Terrace and Coronation Terrace.
