This mornings Simon Andrews Legacy Lap has been called off and disruption caused to the Ramsey Sprints.
Police confirmed this morning the commemorative lap of the course - due to take place today - would not be going ahead amid safety concerns around the poor weather.
Meanwhile the adverse conditions have also seen the road closures on Mooragh Promenade for the Ramsey Sprints delayed until 10.30am by the events organisers.
The constabulary added updates on the latter will be made in due course.
