The government has now appointed a flood liaison officer to assist residents on Glen Road in Laxey.
Richard Kennish is taking up the post and will be making appointments with locals in the next few days across the daytime, evenings and weekends.
Garff Commissioners has taken to social media to provide contact details of Mr Kennish for anyone wishing to get in touch over any issues of concern.
The flooding on October 1 had devastated effects in the town - Chief Minister, Howard Quayle MHK, announced earlier this month an independent review will be carried out to look into the circumstances of the severe weather event.
