Laxey has been invaded by 'Lawn Prawns,' according to a local wildlife charity.

They eat dead plants, which makes soil more fertile, but the wider effects of the lawn prawn on the Island's habitats still needs to be studied.
The Wildlife Trust says the bugs are harmless - you can find out more here.
