Isle of Man Gets Behind Climate Awareness Day
The Isle of Man is to be heavily involved today in a world-wide effort geared tiward raising awareness about climate change.
The theme for the day is the number 350, which represents 350 parts per million - which experts say is the safe level for carbon dioxide in our atmosphere.
At 12 today a procession of 350 drummers will lead a march up Tynwald Hill, all playing along to Ellan Vannin.
Shops up and down Douglas will also be supporting the day, efforts from around the world will be broadcast live on a screen in New York's Times Square.
