Island's homeless need long-term solutions

Homelessness charities on the Isle of Man are more 'life changing' than ever before:

That's Housing Matters board member Jo Cutsforth - she says it's no longer about providing a short-term solution with bed and board. 

It's suggested that there are no figures for the amount of displaced people on the Island because no case is the same.
