That's the whistle-blower - an ex-Manx resident who led a campaign to help 625,000 customers found to have been fraudulently left out of pocket.
An All-Party Parliamentary Group investigated the collapse of the cash-back structure set up and insured by companies here.
The Financial Supervision Commission aided the move - it's been contacted, but refuses to comment.
