The Island's health minister says the Island's GPs each have far fewer patients on average than their UK counterparts.
In Tynwald this week, Claire Christian faced a question from Rushen MHK Juan Watterson about the Island's GP to patient ratio.
The British Medical Association says in the UK the figure stands at 2,241 patients for each doctor.
However the minister said the Isle of Man figure was much lower:
