Infrastructure Minister Laurence Skelly says he’s called for a full investigation into why Peel Road flooded over the weekend.
The road was closed for a time on Saturday morning after heavy rain overnight led to drainage issues.
Early indications show that some of the problems were caused by a blockage – Infrastructure also says the Manx Utilities Authority has yet to finish work on the route.
