Inquest opened after man found dead in flat

It's not yet been determined how a Douglas man who was found dead at his home last week died.

The inquest into the death of 33-year-old Christopher Lennox was opened yesterday. 
 
The bank clerk was found by police at his flat on Tynwald Street last Sunday - it's believed he died sometime between July 29th and August 2nd. 
 
A police officer found him on the sofa with drug paraphernalia around him - his body was said to be in an "advanced state of decomposition". 
 
He was identified using his fingerprints and a post mortem was carried out, toxicology reports are now awaited. 
 
Coroner of Inquests John Needham released Mr Lennox's body so funeral arrangements can take place - the inquest has been adjourned to a date to be set.
