The inquest into the death of a Ramsey man who was found dead at his home last month has been opened.
33-year-old Edward Binnie died on April 24th - a post mortem examination revealed the cause of his death to be hanging.
Coroner of Inquests John Needham opened his inquest at Douglas Courthouse yesterday saying investigations into the purchasing officer's death are continuing.
He released Mr Binnie's body so that funeral arrangements can take place - the inquest was adjourned to a date to be fixed.
