The Fire and Rescue Service says its hill search team responded to reports of an injured walker on Snaefell this afternoon, Monday, June 22.
They needed treatment from paramedics for a leg injury.
Crews took the walker back down using a special hill-rescue stretcher.
Firefighters thanked staff from the Snaefell Mountain Railway, who brought ambulance workers to the scene.
