Parents need to take more responsibility for what their children post online according to police in the Island.
They say they’ve noted an increase in the number of incidents of bullying on social networking sites and on internet forums - with those posting believing they are unaccountable.
Parents have been urged to be more vigilant when their children are on the computer and consider moving it into a communal space.
