The Tower of Refuge is now lit up after years of repair work on the historic landmark.
Since 2006, an extensive programme of repairs have been carried out, replacing missing sections and repointing walls. The final part was to install a lighting system.
The Tower now illuminates. The Government say it gives it the prominence it deserves in Douglas Bay.
