Access to Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital will be restricted this week.
Doors are being replaced at the public entrance nearest to the Martin Ward.
It means the entrance will be closed for several days.
The Department of Health and Social Care has apologised for any inconvenience and asked for people to use the doors by the Minor Injuries Unit instead.
