Health service cuts prompt charity call to vulnerable

Health Service cuts have prompted the Samaritans to urge anyone feeling suicidal to call for help: 

 
That's director Tracey Fuller - she says the charity is on hand to provide a confidential 'round-the-clock' befriending service. 
 
Budget reductions have encouraged charities to work together - anyone in need of support is asked to call 116 123.
