The government's consulting on proposals to shake up the Island's planning system.
Ideas being put forward include using compulsory purchase orders, and make it easier to install telecoms equipment, as well as simplifying changing buildings' use.
The consultation is being carried out on the government's website.
Comments need to be in by December 15.
