A local rider says he's doing okay after a crash at the Northwest 200.
Grant Thomson posted on Facebook after breaking his ankle in the incident during qualifying yesterday, Thursday, May 7.
Thomson, who made his debut as a newcomer in last year's MGP, says he'll come back stronger after his recovery.
He also paid tribute to Czech competitor Kamil Holan, who died in a crash in a separate qualifying race for the event in Northern Ireland.
