Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston says the government's been working hard to make sure it's economic strategy is keeping up with the latest events.
In the House of Keys this week, Ramsey MHK Alex Allinson asked about plans to publish a new strategy.
Answering for the chief minister, who'd been granted leave to miss the sitting, Mr Johnston said a number of meetings had been held with industry leaders.
And he added work was continuing to make sure the strategy is up to date:
