The Cabinet Office says it can't give more details about employee grievances in the civil service, because it's personal information.
A Freedom of Information request asked about upheld Fairness At Work complaints in the first five months of this year.
It wanted to know about formal letters, disciplinary action, and other action taken in the wake of the complaints - and how many of the complaints were against trade union representatives.
But the Cabinet Office says providing the information would breach the Island's data protection laws.
