An MHK has queried how many medical negligence cases the government is currently fighting.
Rushen MHK Juan Watterson has tabled a question for written reply to the Island's Attorney General.
He wants to know how many medical negligence claims are currently being defended by the government's legal chambers.
And Mr Watterson has also asked how long each case has been running for.
