Kemp to challenge Rushen seat

A General Election candidate who's challenging the constituency of Rushen says we're 'underperforming as a nation'.

Mark Kemp believes we've been ignoring important issues for too long and says people should use September's vote to 'reclaim our Island'.

He says more effort needs to be made into making the Island an attractive place for students to return to with more job opportunities.
