Miraculously No Injuries as Passenger Gangway Collapses in Heysham

There’s been drama in Heysham this afternoon after the foot passenger gangway at the Sea Terminal sustained damage during embarkation.

As a result 8 passengers had to be removed from the middle section of the gangway by the Fire service.

No passengers were injured.

The ship is currently being assessed for damage and an urgent internal investigation is now underway.
