A local woman's started a fundraiser to help care for her family dog's serious skin issues.
Rhiannon Smith says her pensioner parents are struggling to keep up with the vet bills for their 10 year old German shepherd Troy.
She says the pooch's skin problems mean he will need steroid tablets for the rest of his life.
The Douglas woman's hoping to raise £500 - you can find out more about the fundraiser, and donate, here.
