The full plans for 'Westmoreland Village' in Douglas have been submitted.
The development proposes the building of 133 properties, a new scout hut/community pavilion and office space.
Put forward by the Manx Development Corporation, the site would be located on Demesne Road, and include Crookall House and the surrounding area.
The corporation has a number of aims for the 'village,' including making it well-connected, providing green spaces and increasing biodiversity.
It also hopes to encourage active travel.
