A former Tynwald member and his father are due in court today.
Juan Turner of Glen Vine, his father David Juan Turner, and their companies Island FM and Carrick Creative deny breaching data protection laws.
The offences are alleged to have been committed between January 2016 and October 2017.
Two days have been set aside for a trial at Douglas Courthouse.
