The Clerk of Tynwald's Office says just three Freemasons have held senior parliamentary positions since 2011.
A Freedom of Information request asked about speakers of the House of Keys, presidents of Tynwald and chief ministers who'd been masons during their tenures.
In its response, the office said current Speaker of the House Juan Watterson and former Deputy Speakers Geoff Corkish and Leonard Singer were all lodge members.
The office also says all three had declared their memberships on the register of interests.
