The Department of Infrastructure says it's had to fix potholes on Douglas Head five times in two years.
A Freedom of Information request asked for details about work carried out at the top of the gaswork steps leading up from the harbour.
In its response, the DOI said residents had made five complaints about problems with the road surface since 2024.
And it said it had carried out total of five repairs in that time, although it didn't have the specific cost of the work.
