Living Hope Church says it's hoping to bring a building in Castletown back to its original use.
The organisation has applied for planning permission to turn the former St Marys Church on The Parade from offices into a place of worship.
The building was placed on the protected building register in the 1980s and has lain empty for some time.
In its application, the church says it would host services, weddings, funerals and baptisms, adding there's plenty of parking in the centre of Castletown for visitors.
