The airline Flybe has been awarded the contract for the Manx Patient Transfer Service for those with hospital appointments in the North West Of England.
Manx2.com ran flight for patients to Chester, but now Flybe have taken over by winning the contract and will be transferring ill patients to Manchester and Liverpool hospitals.
Patients could have the choice up to four flights a day.
