The first ever Hoarding Awareness Week takes place this week.
Starting today, it has three key objectives; to get people talking about the issue, promote understanding and acceptance, and help get support to those in need of it.
Hoarding can create significant risks to an individual, their community and firefighters. By understanding the risks, people can more easily manage them.
Station officer Roger Brown is responsible for community fire safety, he says there’s help and advice to hand:
Vondy's Garage site up for sale
Appeal for walkers not to disturb birds at beauty spot
