Fire crews were called to a kitchen fire in the West of the Island this morning, Sunday, November 30.
The fire was said to be contained to the kitchen, and everyone had already made it out when firefighters arrived.
They spent 30 minutes clearing the smoke from the property.
The Fire and Rescue Service posted on Facebook how it serves as a reminder to show working smoke alarms save lives.
