Firefighter concerns dismissed by Chief Minister

Firefighters are getting the best employment deal on the Isle of Man. 

That's the stern message from the Chief Minister following claims that pensions, pay freezes, redundancies and station closures are plaguing staff morale. 
 
It follows the resignation of one firefighter who resigned after 17 years last week claiming frontline services were an "easy target" for politicians.
 
His boss, chief fire officer Kevin Groom, has since refused to comment on Allan Bell's observations that there's little reason to complain:
