Electricity prices will be reduced by just over 5% from April.
Manx Utilities says it won't be applying the inflationary increase of 5.7% as previously thought.
However, that rise will still affect electricity standing charges, water and waste water charges.
The change will be applied to bills from April 1, and means the average domestic customer's bill will reduce by around £50 a year.
