The East of the Island's facing a shortfall of 735 homes by 2026, according to a new report.
A total of 1,241 dwellings are needed in the region, as identified by the Residential Land Availability Study.
This factors in a future supply of 506 homes from existing allocations under the government's current plan.
However, the North, South and West are said to have enough land available to meet their needs until the end of next year.
