The Department of Social Care is pressing ahead with plans to implement new policy changes which are set to transform the delivery of housing services on the Island.
Focussing on delivery, strategy, equity and affordability the recommendations received Tynwald backing this week.
The DSC will now work with the local authorities to develop the housing policy framework.
