Be careful how much you drink before heading on a night out this Christmas.
That's the message in the Department of Health and Social Care's safety campaign which will run until Sunday, January 7.
Posters and flyers will be put up around the Island, warning people against pre-drinking and the dangerous consequences it can have.
Health and social care minister Kate Beecroft says they're urging people to limit how much they drink, drink more slowly, drink with food and alternate alcoholic drinks with water.
