A restaurant which closed its doors after the death of its owner last year is up for rent.
Villa Fusion in the Villa Marina Arcade shut last September after the death of Dougie Gardner.
Now, the premises are up for lease, marketed by Chapman Chartered Surveyors.
It says the restaurant, which is available to let for £30,000 a year, could be converted to other uses, subject to planning.
