More than 100 households in Douglas have been given extra bin capacity by the Council.
The figure was revealed during last week's public meeting, following a series of questions from Councillor Steven Crellin.
Fortnightly bin collections were introduced last September, with the local authority urging anyone with concerns to get in touch.
Following 164 requests for assessment, 107 households were provided with a larger bin.
