A man accused of attempted robbery and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm has been remanded in prison.
42 year old Craig Alan Varey, whose address was given as care of Jurby jail, appeared before Douglas magistrates this week.
He was committed to stand trial for the offences, said to have been committed in Drury Terrace in Douglas on October 8.
Reporting restrictions were not lifted, there was no application for bail and he'll appear before the Court of General Gaol Delivery on a date to be fixed.
